I was in Gatlinburg and stopped at the

This museum is supposed to house the "Barris Collection" but quite a few cars are not Barris cars or are replicas and not the originals. I was actually disappointed in the place, but some of the exhibits were exactly as advertised and were pretty cool. Unfortunately I didn't get pics of those. Here are some of the pics I did take there...

MovieBatmobile.jpg (179037 bytes)    MovieCockpit.jpg (150972 bytes)
These 2 pics are of a replica Batmobile from the newer movies (which by the way G. Barris did not have anything to do with. The first pic is of the whole car and the second is of a cockpit simulator that said it was used to film the interior shots of Batman driving. I can believe this but unfortunately they had to screw with it and add rope lights.

Dragula1.jpg (119422 bytes)    Dragula2.jpg (165347 bytes)
This is a replica (or could be original, I'm not sure about this car) of the Munster's Dragula. This car looked pretty good and had a TV in the cockpit playing a video of the Munster's episode that this car was used in.

BarneyBike.jpg (192661 bytes)
THIS PISSED ME OFF!!!!!
The sign said it was the motorcycle used in the Andy Griffith show where Barney buys an old Army surplus Harley. The show was black and white and clearly used a real Harley. This piece of crap was a freakin Kawasaki with an old Sportster fender on the back and a hacked up Hydra glide fender on the front. I couldn't believe they tried to pass this off as real.
